# disclaimer
・By purchasing my art, you are agreeing to my terms of service regardless of having read them or not.
・Issues / inquires can be resolved VIA Discord DMs
・All of my work is allowed to be used for profiles, banners, etc. with credit! Unless it is a commission, and client has not said the work can be used by anyone, do not use it.・My work may only be used for personal, non-profit uses unless agreed beforehand
・Scams or violations of terms will result in blacklist
・If you are in any mutual art servers with me, it’d be helpful if you left an art review for me・I am not obligated to accept any commissions I don’t want・Terms can be changed if discussed prior to payments.
# general
・Do not claim my artwork as your own
・You may display my work on other sites so long as I am visibly credited
・You do not have the right to make changes to my art without informing me beforehand・I have all rights to cancel your order if I deem fit [rushing, passive aggressiveness, etc.]
・I, the artist, reserve my copyright and may display my work on my social media・I will not draw NSFW (it’s okay if the art is slightly suggestive or gore), R16, furries (kemonomimis/ human versions of furries are okay), or anything else I do not find comfortable drawing.
# payment / refunds
・Payments are in USD via giftcards (apple, roblox), robux or nitro
・I am not responsible for any mistakes that are made on your part of the transaction・No refunds
・Robux is paid through purchasing my game pass, which is a starting price of 900 robux! This is due to Roblox taking 30% of the profit I make.
・You are expected to send me a screenshot of you successfully purchasing the game pass (also your roblox username if possible)
# commission
・Don’t rush me, give me at least 1-2 weeks
・Payment must be sent in full before / after sketch
・Provide clear and concise descriptions and references. I am not responsible if the commission is not up to your expectations due to this・When ordering, state your price, and include detailed descriptions or references
・Mistakes made by me will be fixed / adjusted accordingly・You, as the client, do not have the authority to cancel any orders without letting me know
・It is your responsibility as the client to give me feedback when I send you occasional work in progresses to ensure accuracy.
# commercial use
・Commercial prices will vary depending on what you are using my art for
・Even if you purchase commercial prices, I still have every right to post your commission on my social media platforms, but I do not expect any visible credit. [You must still add at least one of my social medias somewhere, you just aren’t required to visibly do so]
